As it was re-launched in January 2013 Siam Center in Bangkok became once again the fashion hub of the city and the shopping experience so many fashionistas long for. The Center contains more than 200 international and Thai brands all within modern boutiques that allow visitors to browse and check out the latest trends. They even contain the works of some interesting new designers and on top of that a selection from some of the most popular Thai designers. Also, the center has been recently renovated so that now it is divided into corridors that you can easily walk through as well as various designs that have been added for the visitor’s pleasure while browsing the clothes. For example, you will be pleased to see the carved wooden horses at the entry as well as the interactive dress up televisions that will show you how the dress looks even before you enter the changing room. With all these modern additions Siam center continues to surprise its visitors and bring in the freshest trends every day. Next to the Siam Center you can see the lovely Siam Paragon Mall, this mall is very famous for having a lot of high end boutiques. Here is where the fashionistas of Bangkok often go to find the latest trends and there are a lot of well-known brands in both places. The most important international brands can be found here: Nike, Havianas, Levis, Forever 21, you name it. All are here so that all those interested in fashion can be up to date with the latest apparel. If you are looking for more unusual Thai designers it’s definitely worth checking out Kloset, Greyhound Original or Fly Now III. Among them, you will find a lot of other promising designers, just remember that all new Thai designers are at the 3rd level.

The atmosphere of this center is pretty contrasting, when you look on one side you can see all these high tech facilities along with a lot of services that seem to come from the future, but they blend with more natural scenes such as trees or marble. It gives the location a very raw feel and makes an interesting contrast with all the electronics and high end facilities. After you’ve done browsing through the high end brands you can easily go to the top floor and enjoy a nice meal at the various restaurants that are located there.
